Nature Activities Delchevo is situated on the southern slopes of the Pirin Mountains. Mountains and forests, together with flowering valleys, are situated in the immediate surroundings. Right from your front door, you will find nice eco-paths, making a 2 to 4 hours walk. Even better, we arrange your personal guide for a walking daytrip. During this day you will see the most interesting sites in the area. You should be in a fairly good condition, and wearing good shoes.   You can also choose for our high mountain arrangement. Together with a guide, a chair lift will bring you at 2.100 m altitude, directly in an Alpine world. An exiting experience ! Harmony, beauty and amazement best describe the impressions from there. On your request, we can also arrange a 3 day hiking tour, along the peaks of the Pirin Mountains, then back to Delchevo, staying overnight in huts. The day tour to the natural phenomena’s in the nearby Rhodopi Mountains is very popular. You will see extra-ordinary rock formations, caves, waterfalls, and peculiar beautiful rock formations at the riverside. The tour is not very exhausting, although a fairly good condition and suitable shoes will make the tour easier.   You can choose our botanical tour in the surroundings. In the Pirin Mountains you will find a flora and fauna, partly belonging to the Mediterranean zone and partly to the Mid European zone along with a wide variety of herbs, mushrooms, wild flowers, wild berries and vivid butterflies.     At all these tours you will be accompanied by a guide/translator, and the lunch, or the lunch pack, are included in the arrangements.
